Refund policy

Our goal is for you to be 100% delighted with your purchase, and we are committed to providing you with the finest quality products. In certain exceptions we allow you to exchange the product or return the item for store credit. 

Please note that for the item to be eligible for an exchange or return, it must meet certain conditions.

• It must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order a
• Must be in its original unworn, and unwashed condition
• All the original tags must be attached to the merchandise

*Customers will be responsible for paying shipping for the item back

* All Refunds are subject to 3% credit card processing fee

Refunds:  Refunds to the original payment method are only issued if an item is defective or incorrect. To receive a refund customer must return item back to use in 14 days.

Cancelleations:

If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us within 48 hours of purchase.
After that time, your order will have been processed and can no longer be canceled.
